Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we have

How do I place an order?
To place an order, all you need to do is click on the Order Here page or order
below. Simply select which services you are interested in ordering, and you can
pay by credit card. We also use the fully reliable and trustworthy PayPal service.
After I place an order, what do I need to do?
After you place your order, you need to make sure and send us the required
information about yourself that defines you as a person who is valuable to an
employer. The way you do this is by completing our proprietary questionnaire
form that we call the "Define You" form. You can send us the information by email.

How do I fill out the “Define You” questionnaire form, and then send the
answers to Résumé Design Service?
First, place an order. Then, we will send you our proprietary questionnaire called the
Define You Form, which gathers information about your work history and education
background. If you do not receive that form shortly after your order, contact us and
ask for the Define You form that you need to fill out. The form is a Microsoft Word
document that is very easy to fill out. Once you have filled out our form that gathers
information about your work history and educational background, just Send Us an
email with the form attached.
I already have a résumé and/or cover letter. Can other sources of
information such as an older résumé be used to help define who I am?
Yes, other sources of information such as previous résumés and cover letters, or
current rough drafts of résumés can be used to define you in a better way and help
us understand more about you. If you have some form of résumé and/or cover letter
that you believe would help us understand more about you, simply attach it to an
email and send it to us.
Can I fax my old résumé and/or cover letter to Résumé Design Service?
Ideally it would probably be best if you could scan the paper version of your old
résumé and/or cover letter, and then send it to us as an attachment to an email.
However, if you do not have a scanner, and you believe that your previous résumé
and/or cover letter would be valuable, then you can fax it to us here: (810) 765-1447
How long will I need to wait for my résumé to be finished?
Two to five days. Only a careless person would promise delivery of a résumé within
an hour, like some of our careless competitors do. There are times when we need to
contact our clients and ask for further information, and in all honesty that takes time.
As a result, we are confident that all customers will receive their résumé and/or
cover letter within two to five days.
How do I receive my résumé and/or cover letter?
You will receive a copy of your file as a Microsoft Word document that was custom
designed by our certified Microsoft Office Specialist employees. You will also
receive a Text version of your Résumé.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied, we will continue to provide service on a personal level until you
are fully satisfied. Within three months from the date of purchase, if a customer wants
any part of their résumé or cover letter adjusted, just contact us and let us know what
we can do to help you. We will do our best to modify the design of your résumé and/or
cover letter so that it promotes you effective way that make you happy.
Am I required to make the call during a practice interview over the phone?
If you are calling from a phone number that would force you to pay long-distance
phone charges, you do not need to face that problem. We would be happy to call a
phone number that you provide to us. This way, you will not be forced to pay
long-distance phone costs.
